One of activities of the company is machining of cast and forge steel parts, plastic and other materials. We use modern, multi-axle CNC machines, we run turning, grinding, boring and milling operation in CAD-CAM technology, special for combined products.

Machining runs in 7 000 m² production hall. Machining shop includes maintenance of machines, tool shop, store, assembly line, technology and construction offices.

Max. dimensions of machined parts:

• turning parts up to 400mm
• max. length of machined parts: 1 000mm
• other parts in dimensions up to 1 000 x 600mm
• weight up to 400kg

Preparation of material is being executed on high capacity band saw, which cuts material with diameter up to 260mm with automatic slide and computer controled speed.





Priming and drying processes run in two separated areas with exhaust systems. According to customers wish varnishing process includes parts from 0,5kg up to 400kg with special hangers usage.






For measuring complicated parts and production preparation, Quality Department uses CNC 3D measuring center by Wenzel L.A.F. a.s. runs verification of quality and calibration of final scale.
